I love The Pioneer Woman!
For Christmas Craig gave me her cookbook. I don't bother reading cookbooks that don't have pictures and her book is filled (every single page!) with beautiful pictures. For Superbowl Sunday I made her Pico de Gallo and Guacamole, Steak Bites, and Mexican Layer Dip. Delicious!
Her love story is a great read. I stayed up til 4am one night reading it. I can't wait for part two.
The Pioneer Woman is awesome! Her writing, photos, and recipes are amazing. And she's so nice! One time she even said hi to me!
