Tennis season has arrived early in MN. In the past years that we've lived here we've still had a ton of snow on the ground in March. This year everything is already melted and it's 50 degrees! For Valentine's Day this year I got Craig a new tennis racket, bag, and case of tennis balls. We've been playing with old rackets for the past couple of years and since tennis is something we love doing together so much I thought it was time for an upgrade. I had no idea we'd be getting to play about a month later! I thought we'd have to wait til end of April/early May before we'd get to break them in.

We (well more like me) are pretty competitive. Last summer I won most of the time until about September when Craig all of the sudden started beating me! You know how they say you improve when you play against someone better than you...well obviously his game was improving playing me! And mine was dwindling....I don't think I'm a poor sport, but I just really like winning!

I've decided this season we should keep track of our overall games so we can see who the real winner is....maybe we should decide on some type of prize for the winner? Hmm...I could really use a new car! I'll be posting our standings in the side bar. If the weather continues to be great, we should have a 6 month tennis season!
