Bug Friends

While sitting outside studying (i.e. trying to get ride of my ugly tan lines), I decided to take a quick break (i.e. procrastinate) and pull some weeds. We have a lot of those around here.

I came across this beautiful butterfly.

I watched her (all butterflies are girls, duh!) hop from flower to flower, working hard to pollenate my pink daisy flowers (not sure what they're really called?). She was so focused, I knew I had time to run in and grab my camera. I bet if I went out I could find her somewhere still working hard.

Then I accidently took a picture of mulch....

Or did I??

I spy...a furry looking mulch bug!
