Today after work I went outside to pull some weeds and found this!

I've got zucchini coming out of my ears!
Guess I'll be cooking lots and lots of zucchini this week! Zucchini bread, stir fry, shish kabobs...yum! I LOVE zucchini!
That's a 12" ruler by the way! I didn't know they could grow that big! You (at least you, Craig) will be proud to know that these are organic zucchini...no fertilizers, miracle grow, or pesticides. Just dirt, water, sun and God's handiwork!

That is so awesome! I wish our backyard got enough sun to grow veggies.. all I have is basil underneath a lamp. LOL.
Thanks Jen! We have an acre so I have to make use of it somehow. Just be glad you don't have to spend hours upon hours mowing every week!
